For damaged or defective items, photo evidence may be requested before proceeding.

Once we receive and inspect your return, eligible refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping fees and discounts are not refundable.
�� Custom, Clearance & Final Sale Items

Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange unless defective or damaged.

Clearance or final sale items are non-refundable unless they arrive faulty.

If your custom item is damaged, incorrect, or not as described, we will gladly offer a free replacement or a refund.
�� Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives with damage (e.g., holes, torn seams, incorrect design), please contact us with supporting photos. We will provide:

A replacement item at no cost, or

A full refund, and if needed, a pre-paid return label.
