1. How do i customize my items?

The custom item provide persionalized choice, you need fill in the customized information as required to place an order.

2. Where do you ship from?

We have warehouse in US, some packages ship from US, some packages ship from China. 

3. When will i received my order?

Normally the personalized item need processing time 3-5 days. Then the package will process shipment:

USA: 5-9 business days.

International: 2-3 weeks.
